Vets were extremely good with puppies we took there. A little expensive, used a different vet for c-section to deliver pups due to quote from pet stock but they were thorough with check up, immunisations, micro chips etc. Shop staff are friendly and helpful.
Dr Aaron Bull was extremely clear with explanations of cause and treatments, nursing staff were helpful and clear. 5stars all round
Honestly disappointed with the service my parents received today. My parents brought in our Jack Russell terrier to get her nails cut and they were told she was too anxious by the employees and in order for them to proceed, they told my parents they would have to sedate her which was completely unacceptable! She’s barely even two years old and there were two veterinary nurses there at the time so why they didn’t think of something else to do I will never know but choosing to sedate an animal just for a nail cut is absolutely ridiculous! She wasn’t even that anxious from what I heard and the job could have easily been done a different way
The vets and staff at Petstock Erina are amazing! They cared for our dig with genuine concern, kindness and incredible expertise. We are so thankful to the team for looking after our dog and his broken leg so incredibly well!

I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Graham at Erina PetStock. If any pet owner discovers lumps on their dog I urge you to have them checked out and if they happen to be Marcel tumour cells to follow his instruction of the proper medications for the condition. We did exactly this in 2020. Happily this time the testing proved a small lump I found last weekend was made up off harmless fatty cells and she is still in remission from her condition since 2021. So I urge anyone to medicate their pet with this wonder drug as I literally watched the large lump shrink quickly every week! I’m very happy with how my 12 y o Coco is cared for by this great team and the encouragement and recommendations they give.

Only a small range of fish and dog leads that you would want for a Staffy etc. …
Dropped in to bathe the puppy. $10 for 10 minutes, rinse, shampoo, rinse, conditioner, rinse ( flea rinse and blo dry optional) done!
Puppy smelled much better!
